There is no customer service and there is no way to resolve your issues. You will spend most of your time and money waiting in line or being redirected with bad information. No perceived value or experience due to poor operating standards and incompetent staff. No associates to help you or guide you and the ones that you do interact with are actively hostile. If you have never been there then you will be on your own for guiding the experience only to find that even if you wait over an hour and a half in line you can still be kicked out of that line when it's time to get on the ride if you didn't meet certain criteria that was not explained properly when getting in that line. We also never utilized our all day dining because we couldn't get appropriate information on how to use that experience and the apps don't function properly because the Internet can't support that many devices on heavily populated days. Paid almost $400 for a 7-year-old and myself (first time for both of us) that included all day dining, parking and entry to both parks over 2 days and the experience was so bad the first day that we didn't even utilize the second day. Excessive cost, poorly managed and dirty park ran by hourly employees with bad attitudes.
